The Interview Process

Contract Vacancies
Contract hiring is a fast moving market largely controlled by the candidate. Expect them to be interviewing at multiple places, so speed is on your side. This is why we conduct the first interview ourselves. Taking longer than two rounds on your side risks losing the candidate to another offer.
Permanent Vacancies
A similar process to contract hiring. A thorough first stage interview and screening call is conducted by EvoLux to maximise quality and efficiency.
